Item Estudio de los beneficios de la natación en el desarrollo psicomotor en niños de entre 7-11 años de la unidad educativa Víctor Gerardo Aguilar, en el año 2014(2015) Ordóñez Quito, Karina Pilar; Salazar Llivisaca, David Alejandro; Barreto Andrade, Jorge AntonioThe psychomotor is a fundamental process in the development of the mind and the body, in coordination with the muscular and the emotional aspects; which can be evidenced in various motor activities. Swimming, to be one of these activities, involves a complex procedure in the development, adaptation and improvement of skills and motor abilities aside from being an activity that helps improve motor skills in a harmonious way. The purpose of this research was to test the effectiveness of the aquatics program, implemented for improving psychomotor development by addressing the human being as a holistic resort. In other words, by considering the human being from his or her various dimensions. In the study, 14 boys and 8 girls between 7 and 11 years old took part of this process. They are studying in the Victor Gerardo Aguilar High school, in Cuenca. Thus, the tests which were applied in the assessment were from Litwin and Fernandez about Motor Assessment, Socio-emotional Evaluation and Childhood Intelligence; the same assessments which were applied before, during, and after the program. The results were analyzed statistically by determining the average and its percentages, in which it showed a significant improvement on the levels of the psychomotor development.Item Natación como complemento del entrenamiento general en deportistas de combate(2006) Delgado Mena, Carmen; Naula Bernal, Patricia Mercedes; Caldas Sacaquirín, Patricio MartínItem Propuesta de actividades en el medio acuático como método para el desarrollo integral de los infantes entre 0 a 12 meses(2016) Icaza Samaniego, Valeria Leonor; Moreno Orellana, Carlos Tomás; Varela Solano, Ramiro XavierThe next project took place in the school's swimming Ivan Enderica over a period of six months, which involved 20 infants ranging in ages 0-12 months, this work will allow us to realize if the application of a program of water activities for their integral development is achieved and support the intellectual, social and motor development of children during this period. This whole program is justified on the basis that has a theoretical value, practical utility, social relevance, for which integration of coexistence between parents and children. The methodology used during the process was through the execution of water activities for the children, observation and test of progress in those areas, a survey of 10 questions direct representatives of children. As well as the results were tabulated in the known programs (Excel) that facilitated the collection of data. Which allowed to reach the following conclusions (a) the effect of the activities had a great impact on the development of children (b) was fulfilled with the proposed individual infants goal which use waterways as a way of stimulation, (C) that parents play a key role in stimulating in their children, the emotional ties that are generated between them. (d) activities implemented will have a positive value for the integral development of children the rest of his life.
