The study and research was carried out over a period of six months with the participation of 30 people with intellectual disabilities who are part of Mensajeros de la Paz foundation - extension Santa Maria de Quillosisa belonging to Santa Isabel town. To accomplish this purpose first of all was necessary know the historical background of intellectual disability, the definition and classification, understand what are recreational activities and the benefits that provide to people with intellectual disabilities, to finally design a program that contain physical and recreational activities whose characteristics be easy to apply and understand by these people. As for the results obtained with the design and implementation of the program it was possible to demonstrate that 90% of people suffer changes in their personal, emotional and social level through the practice of recreational physical activity that allows them to correct postural defects and locomotion; to improve their mood and join to the group around him and the society, achieving a bond of belongings in a reciprocal way so much of the community towards these people from these people into the community or society, while the remaining 10% did not have any progress due to the high degree of intellectual disability that they had.Item Propuesta de un programa de actividades motoras para el desarrollo de las habilidades motrices basicas en niños de 3 a 5años del nivel inicial de la Unidad Educativa Santana(2015) Peña Brito, María Esperanza; Barreto Andrade, Jorge AntonioThis research work, discusses about the basic motor skills a child should have and which ones must be developed between the ages of 3 and 5. The basic motor skills are the foundation of the motor development of a human being, in children those are the primary factors in their daily actions. The evaluation and monitoring are performed by designated and chords for the respective ages of children test. The movement, in its various forms, as pointed out by several authors, is the foundation of child development, through this is inter related the education and comprehensive training. Through play, we can show that the child enjoys their motor skills actions, so those children can develop positive relationships, both with peers, their teachers in general. To demonstrate the importance and need for a program of psychomotor activities in the early stages of their formation, a proposal was conducted to be applied in Unidad Educativa Santana in children 3 to 5 years. As finding we can say that physical activity and the development of gross motor skills from an early age, are a major factor in the lives of children and their development both personally and school and should be encouraged and plan right to these activities in order to achieve a true significance in the motor development of children and in their future.Item Propuesta de un programa de intervención educativa para la paz y convivencia libre de violencia (bullying) a través de la actividad física y recreativa en la unidad educativa Alberto Andrade Arizaga Brummel del cantón Cuenca(2017) Duran Llivisaca, Christian Leonardo; Herrera Cáceres, José Luis; Quezada Andrade, Jacinto DamiánThe main objective of this project is to demonstrate that through physical and recreational activities, we can reduce the rates of bullying, through a program adapted to the Physical Education curriculum. The working group is formed by 30 children of 7th graders from Alberto Andrade Arízaga middle school Brummel, of whom 16 were male and 14 females, being11 years their average age. Thus, there will be shown the benefits of the intervention program during 4 months, from September to January. Therefore, this will prove that it is important to design activities that improve social relationships, values in education and the culture of peace at the educational center. Finally, with the results obtained were conducted a tabulation and analysis of the data in which it gave positive effects of the social relationships with both individual and group students. Being the most important the practice of activities focused on the objectives raised, which showed a reduce rate of violence and harassment in school; reaching a 90% of the main goals in the project.Item Propuesta de un programa para personas que realizan actividad física moderada(2007) Avila Carpio, Juan Carlos; Vanegas Cárdenas, Roberto Carlos; León Córdova, Vicente DiegoItem Propuesta de una metodología de entrenamiento funcional para el personal docente de la Unidad Educativa Técnico Salesiano campus Carlos Crespi de la ciudad de Cuenca 2015(2016) Contreras León, Freddy Santiago; Quezada Andrade, Jacinto DamiánThis thesis includes the development of a methodology, thought functional training in teachers as a means of recreation, being these activities a different way of exercising with the help of own body, making the physical work easier to perform. In turn this program is applied a universe of 20 people belonging to Tecnico Salesiano School (Carlos Crespi) in the city of Cuenca. The realization of this thesis consist of 4 chapters that detailed in each one how functional training works, Teacher’s characteristics and functional training features, planning macrocycle of functional training for teaches’ school, as well as the application of the approach. Likewise when performing this topic very useful because nowadays it’s a new method for training in Cuenca and the country. Therefore Functional Training is becoming in a new way of do exercises, in order to run with any kinds of people of different ages, abilities and fitness.Item Propuesta del aquaerobics como método recreativo - terapèutico en el gremio de jubilados del IESS de la ciudad de Cuenca en el período septiembre- diciembre 2014(2015) Chazi Calle, Claudio Eduardo; Nivelo Astudillo, María Daniela; Coronel Rosero, Claudio XavierThis thesis includes the development of a methodology, through Aquaerobics in older adults as a means of recreation and rehabilitation, with these activities, a different way of exercising and taking as a means water, which than its benefits It reduces impact on joints, making the physical work easier to perform. In turn this program is applied to a universe of 18 people belonging to the Union of Retirees of the IESS in the City of Cuenca. The realization of this thesis consists of 5 chapters that detailed in each what the Aquaerobics, the description of the Elderly, the type of activities carried out within the Aquaerobics, as well as evaluations carried out in this type of people to determine whether activities are beneficial and help improving health or otherwise harm. Likewise when performing this thesis topic is useful because now this is a novel method of exercise is not in effect in the City of Cuenca and the country is little awareness on the part of the population. Therefore Aquaerobics is a new proposal in the country and in the city in order to run with any kind of people of different ages, abilities and fitness.Item Propuesta metodológica de la enseñanza del Poomsae en el desarrollo técnico del taekwondosista, en edades ee 12-14 años(2016) Durán Mendoza, Olga Sofía; Iñiguez Hurtado, Leonardo Ismael; Chango Siguenza, Marco WilmanThis research is developed in five chapters and discusses the technical methods and procedures and their martial actions of one of the Olympic sports in combat worldwide: Taekwondo therefore begins by presenting its history, style, principles and fundamentals, for psycho-physical practice without leaving aside the competitive part and its results. Parallel to this very popular sport in our country, the research focuses on one of its fundamental components that are the forms or Poomsae which exposes its principles, benefits, the coordinating combination between the agonist and antagonist muscles, the development of elasticity And alignment of body segments and motor variables. Later, it is made known about the methods used for the consolidation of motor habits, for the fixation of the same, and the education of the different specific exercises. Reference is also made to the abilities to be developed in athletes who practice Poomsae, such as: strength, resistance, speed, focusing on the improvement of elasticity and flexibility of the hip.
