    Within Marcimex company, whose business is marketing appliances wholesale and retail, we saw the need for an analysis of internal communication within the institution, because this type of communication is vital, as it encompasses the image and growth thereof. Internal communication is critical in this institution, as they try to achieve goals together, informing all employees of what is happening in the company, for this, in this paper, there is provided: concepts, definitions, objectives internal communication and internal communication in organizations, all this was to get familiar with the company Marcimex. To address internal communication in the company, according to this research are used as communication tools in ascending or descending order, that is why, that was identified in this paper the types of internal communication tools and objectives thereof, the as described communication barriers that exist in the company, to make way for the analysis and results of the tools and internal communication barriers, through a survey to measurable attributes, and to draw conclusions as results this analysis.
