For this, the Method CoPsoQ-ISTAS-21 (2) was used in its average version with the application of a standardized questionnaire to the entire staff. As results were obtained that the dimensions: Work Rate (80%), Role Conflict (72.5%), Quantitative Requirements (62.5%) and Emotional Requirements (51.3%), are those that expose employees to the most unfavorable situations for your health.
