    The principle of Publicity as determined by Art. 13 of the Organic Code of the Judiciary, according to the functions and powers that are granted to the judiciary by the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, establishes that all processes and procedures are public, because they are linked to the right of access to public information, except those that are previously prohibited by Law, this has been designed by the Judicial Council through the SATJE, where any person can enter the system and only By typing the full names or the identity card number, you can have access to the employment history information of those who apply for a job, an aspect that has seriously affected the exercise of the right to work, because they have been prevented from accessing a job vacancy due to said eventuality, violating this right and causing other rights resulting from the exercise of work to be violated under fear or fear of the worker, not being able to make use of these rights, such as the right to effective judicial protection, the right to defense, due process and legal certainty.
