Artistic education plays a crucial role in the comprehensive development of students, promoting not only their creative abilities but also their motor and cognitive development. However, in many educational contexts, the teaching of drawing and other forms of artistic expression must be taken with appropriate attention, which can enhance students' potential to express and develop their ideas and emotions effectively. This degree work presents an innovative didactic proposal that seeks to address the integration of drawing in the fifth-grade curriculum of Basic Education. The research focuses on the use of the drawing techniques and styles of renowned Ecuadorian artist Eduardo Kingman, known for his striking representations of social reality, and theorist and designer Wucius Wong, whose teachings on two- and three- dimensional design offer an approach structured and deep learning of art. The main objective of this proposal is to enrich the educational experience, improve motor skills and hand-eye coordination of students, contributing to their emotional, cognitive and social development, while promoting a deeper appreciation of art as a means of learning, personal expression and reflection. Furthermore, the didactic proposal aspires to be a valuable tool highlighting the importance of the role of educators as facilitator and guide in the teaching-learning process, promoting a more comprehensive and creative education.
