    Information and communication technologies have become a core part of organizations; thus, with proper implementation they can boost and sustain a competitive business advantage. Ecuadorian SMEs (Small and Medium Eterprises) are job generators and contribute to the economic development of the country. This paper examined the level of ICTs adoption among SMEs in the city of Cuenca with the aim to develop an IT services catalog to guide this type of companies into the use of these technological tools, with a technical support to enable them to be more productive and efficient.
