    Modelo de evaluación de rentabilidad de un proyecto inmobiliario usando el modelo de simulaciones de Monte Carlo

    This research aims to develop a model for evaluating the profitability of real estate projects by incorporating Monte Carlo simulations as a core analytical tool. A quantitative approach was adopted, with both descriptive and explanatory scope, based on a non-experimental and longitudinal research design. The proposed model includes various scenarios and key variables, such as construction timelines and sales pace, in order to provide a more accurate and realistic decision-making tool. Given the inherent uncertainty in this type of real state projects, the results show that Monte Carlo simulation enables an early risk assessment, enhances decision-making, and significantly improves the accuracy of traditional financial analysis.
