Publication Designing the pre-class and class to implement the flipped learning model in a research methodology course(2020) Pinos Vélez, Verónica Patricia; Quinde Herrera, Karina Sandra; Abril Ulloa, Sandra Victoria; Moscoso Orellana, Blasco Danilo; Carrión Álvarez, Galo Iván; Urgilés Cárdenas, José Eduardo; Carrión Andrade, Galo BernardoThe use of new technologies in university education is indispensable for promoting the autonomous work and motivation of a new generation of students who use technology frequently and skillfully. For these reasons, integrated technology into teaching-learning processes is needed. Our study focused on the implementation of the Flipped Learning model (FL) in the Research Methodology course. The content and the activities for the pre-class and class were designed to develop the skills and competencies in the students and to propose a research design. For the first execution, open-access videos were used. After analyzing the first execution, the results showed the need to make personal videos, that include the exact content, making them more attractive for the students as well as to use strategies to ensure that the students prepare the pre-class appropriately. They have led individuals to remain in order or linearity created by concepts or social judgments. “Rows of resistance” pretends to visualize an absurd idea of the progress, by which the human beings live as continuity or repetition carried by the daily mechanical life. It is thus that this project created by organic and inorganic materials is presented in the public space as the place where the majority of individuals of a city live and transit, pretending to move away from places of legitimation like museums or galleries, relating art with society and its bystanders.Item Gonzo(2015) Cárdenas Santos, Jossue Daniel; Moscoso Orellana, Blasco DaniloThis graduation project consists in the illustration of myths and legend, in this developing character design of some of the legends of Azuay province, included in the first issue of the illustrated magazine Gonzo. This publication has a comic-bizarre thematic and morphology, plus excentric scenes and uncensored illustrations. The dogs were found dead transmuted to be the main actors in a script composed of literary fractions – exquisite body- in this way come to life and are resignified. Moreover, and as a cyclical interpretation, a graphical system that solved through visual narra-tives, the research hypothesis was generated. To achieve this pur-pose, it was necessary to perform an analysis of the history of art to see how, over time, the canine representations have changed. It focuses on the use of data visualization as aesthetic and conceptual discourse. In the first stage, the relationship between art and computational science and the cultural and social manifestations that emerge from this relationship are explored. Subsequently, the paradigms and discourses that derive from digital art are explored, taking the New Aesthetics as a point of reference. The third chapter describes a research-creation methodology based on the use of software art as a creative strategy and the plotter painting as a strategy of pictorial concretion. Within art, the possibilities of representing this impersonal body are multiplied by presenting us other ways of living through memory container objects, created from imprints and imprints.
