    The present research focuses on the subsystems related to Human Resource Management Competence at Tutto Freddo Ice Cream SA, with the objective to make a proposal to implement a systematic process for all the areas of Human Resource Management, which will be run in a better way providing both personal and business growth. To meet this objective, a job position analysis based on skills has been done; that will be of great help to the proper functioning of the Recruitment and Selection Subsystems, Training, Performance Evaluation and Compensation.
