Item Enseñanza de la lecto-escritura como un proceso de desarrollo cognitivo(2011) Molina Moreno, Sandra Elizabeth; Espinoza Ortiz, AntonioItem Estrategias metodológicas empleadas por los docentes en subnivel preparatoria para fomentar el desarrollo de habilidades cognitivas(Universidad de Cuenca, 2020-10-05) Suárez Pesántez, Mónica Lucía; Molina Moreno, Sandra ElizabethThis research describes the methodologic strategies used by teachers to promote and enhance the development of the cognitive skills of students at the kinder garden section of the Ángel Polivio Chávez school. In this way, several methodologic strategies used by the teachers of this level were identified. Games are the most frequently applied into the classroom, which is essential for the students age. Moreover, it resulted in the development of the all cognitive skills proposed by Anderson y Krathwohl in order of complexity: remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating and creating, as well as during Assembly strategy or brainstorming, cooperative learning and others. Several strategies presented here allow children to express their ideas and be participants in their learning as well as in the development and progressive mastery of their cognitive skills. Thus, a qualitative methodology was applied. Necessary information was obtained during ten weeks of lessons for its analysis. The information sources were legal documents, direct observation during the activities, which gives some empirical data that were assessed by the Atlas ti software. Based on the results, the relationship with the research categories was established, answering the study question.
