The present work of qualification approached the subject of the use of Geogebra applied to the resolution of optimization problems within the subject of differential calculus, since there are several investigations that mention shortcomings on the part of the teacher at the moment of approaching this subject. The causes are several, such as lack of tangible material, lack of visualization, lack of interpretation of terms of a text, resolution of several exercises in a mechanical way in order to memorize concepts and algorithms without taking into account if the student's understanding was reached. For which a didactic guide has been elaborated with a constructivist approach which has video tutorials as didactic resources with the intention of complementing the traditional teaching-learning process. A methodology with a quantitative approach was proposed, through the survey technique that allowed us to obtain data that will be numerical quantities that later had an interpretation which helped us to obtain a general overview of the problem. As a last point, we have proposed in the didactic guide activities to be carried out with the Geogebra software so that the student becomes familiar with the commands of this software, generating a dynamic and entertaining learning process.
