    Knowledge of the anatomy of the anterolateral region of the maxillary sinus should be essential when orthodontic mini screw implants are placed in the maxilla region. A retrospective study is performed to analyze the location of the alveoloantral artery in 158 Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) studies of a population the city of Cuenca Ecuador. The distance was measured between alveoloantral canal and the cervical region from the first premolar to the second molar bilaterally.
