Item Análisis correlacional de roles y estereotipos de género en docentes de niños y niñas de 3 a 8 años. Cuenca, 2018(Universidad de Cuenca, 2020-01-10) Flores Manzano, Clara Paulina; Calero Terán, Patricia VerónicaThe role of the teacher in the educational context makes it an entity of fundamental importance in the transfer of the gender perspective to its students in the teaching-learning process. This is a descriptive, cross-sectional investigation, whose general objective was to analyze the correlation of gender roles and stereotypes present in teachers of early, preparatory and basic elementary education of boys and girls from 3 to 8 years of the educational institutions "Gabriel Cevallos García "," Isabel Moscoso Dávila "and" Luis Roberto Bravo "from the city of Cuenca. We worked with a sample of 70 teachers of which more than 70% are women. For the collection of data, a sociodemographic variables file was used and also the instruments "Gender Role Scale" and "Current Gender Stereotype Scale (EGA)" were applied.
