    Nutrición y aprendizaje en la primera infancia: perspectivas de padres, madres y cuidadores

    The present work we investigate, of a monograph type, about Nutrition and early childhood learning. Perspective of fathers, mothers and caregivers. Because these actors also have a fundamental role inthe learning and development of infants, this is why the studies has an reason analyzing the relationship between nutrition and early childhood learning from the perspective of parents. Likewise, we wanted a bibliographically on the categories and we was realized a field work. For the development of this research, a qualitative methodology was used and as a data collection technique, semi-structured interviews were implemented with fathers, mothers and caregivers of children under 6 years old belonging to the city of Cuenca. At the end of this investigation, it was concluded that fathers, mothers and caregivers knows the concept of nutrition and what are the consequences of not having adequate food, but their eating practices are different because they do not have the necessary preparation and information on this subject. In addition, some of them are influences by the cultural practices they have.
