    Maintaining the quality of mangoes in ethylene’s absorption system

Many compounds are responsible for plant flavour, and some of the herbs and spices used by humans to season food yield, useful medicinal compounds. Essential oils from a number of plants, including Eucalyptus and Cinnamon species have been reported to show activity against a wide array of plant pathogens. The objective of this present work is to evaluate the quality of mangoes in ethylene’s absorption system.
