The relationship between organizational culture and process effectiveness is fundamental in institutional management. The objective of this study was to describe the incidence of the values of the organizational culture of the University of Cuenca on the effectiveness of the degree process of its students. It is a simple case study with a quantitative design. We worked with nursing, civil engineering and basic education students in UIC I or II. The selection of careers was based on a non-probabilistic sampling based on criteria such as area of knowledge, location in different campuses and representativeness. Descriptive and correlational statistical techniques were used with software such as SPSS and Jamovi to analyze the data. The results revealed a significant positive correlation between the values of the organizational culture of the university and the effectiveness of the degree process. However, areas for improvement were identified, especially in the "Respect - Equity" and "Tangible Aspects" dimensions, which showed weaker correlations. This weakness suggests the need to strengthen these areas to improve the effectiveness of the titration process. In addition, a moderate to high correlation was observed between Civil Engineering and Nursing careers with the dimensions analyzed, while Basic Education showed a moderate to weak correlation, indicating a less robust relationship between values and effectiveness.
