Item Estrategias de intervención desde el trabajo social frente al consumo de drogas en la adolescencia(2017) Pomaquiza Saeteros, Nelly Graciela; Astudillo Lucero, Francisco RenéThe current monograph entitled Intervention strategies from social work against consumption of drugs in adolescence. It presents a theoretical approaching to conflict that means the use and consumption of drugs by ecuadorian´s teenagers and the role that the social worker play against this problematic. The research is divided in 3 chapters. The first chapter treats about drugs historical evolution; what are them?; its classification according to its constitution; the effects produced; the consumption of them in the teenagers and the risk factors in the adolescence. For this purpose have been employed bibliographic research from primary sources, governmental organisms and updated information about drugs consumption in Ecuador from main local print media, getting as result percentage of consumption and activities developed by the current government. In the second chapter we addressed the referent to Social Work, from the definition of the significative terms until the strategies used in every stage that people with addiction to drugs. In the third chapter we treated about how is the consumptions of drugs in the teenagers?; the functions that they perform against to this problematic, and finally, the possible choices and/or strategies from social work to get rehabilitation for a drug addict teenagers and paying attention to lineaments provided by SETED and National Asamblea.Item Estrategias de intervención desde el trabajo social frente al suicidio en la adolescencia(2016) Cordova Carvajal, Marcela Analí; Astudillo Lucero, Francisco RenéThis monographic work titled “Intervention Strategies from the Perspective of Social Work against Suicide in Adolescence” deals with, among others, the following topics: definitions and types of suicide, factors influencing on suicide in adolescence, and the causes which generate this public health problem. The central “subject” of this research is adolescence, an age group where suicide has become the third cause of death. A suicidal behavior is also dealt with in this work, by considering the changes and psychological characteristics which are decisive for detecting these kinds of behavior so as to prevent them and intervene from different professional perspectives, where multidisciplinary work is the basis for specialized intervention. In this scenario of multidisciplinarity, the job of a Social Worker is characterized, in this monography, as a task carried out by a professional who harmonically invigorate the action of other professionals involved in it by relying on the psycho-educational area and on the definition of the social scenario. Finally, certain strategies and conceptual and methodological alternatives are proposed in order to prevent suicide in adolescence, as well as to teach their families and close friends how to deal with this problem. This is then a methodological proposal which defines itself as a strategy to prevent suicide and it is the job of a multidisciplinary team where psychologists, medical doctors, psychiatrists, nurses, educators, family counselors, and social workers participate, with the purpose of helping to prevent this calamity and relate both concepts and methodologiesin professional practice. A profound interview with a psychiatrist working in one of the local hospitals has been transcribed.Item La familia tradicional como modelo para la familia de hoy(2016) Alemán Delgado, Enrique Eugenio; Astudillo Lucero, Francisco RenéThe main objective of the following study is to let people know about multiple recommendations and useful advises of a traditional family to contemporary ones. The traditional family as an alive and unique structure that gives form to new families, generating hope, love, solidarity, respect and autonomy is a model of prevention because let us chose between good and bad, based in experience and in a trustful bibliographic research. Finally, the most importantly is that the modern family, has the opportunity to make themselves some questions and by able to rely on the content that will appeal to your family and those to come, in many cultures people seniors are considered wise and is it they who ask for help in resolving conflicts and are taken into account by young families to walk day and overcome the changes that It has tried society current demand, there are family today that respond very well to these requirements, and can support many contemporary resources such as technology and others, resulting in families with all the possibilities of development and satisfaction, it is clear that science has advance significantly and as a result this wonderful career family. Social work as a humanistic and social science must consider its protagonism and autonomy before the other social sciences, therefore, it is important to question the paradigms that dispute the profession. At present, the profession leaves a side of the innate prejudices that we have been imposed to integrate the new knowledge related to the human being, the context, the central axis is that the social subjects participate autonomously in the transformation of Its a reality in order to make a critical judgment and thus promote a human society and just for all. Alfred Schütz states that the primary objective of the social sciences is to achieve an organized knowledge of social reality. Recognize the importance of "our toxic shame" our fathers, our mothers, and our caregivers, achieving naming and acknowledging its existence obtain power over her, cut her destructive cycle and to go to change. In light of the evidence the importance of parents is justified since the early years of life to have toxic or traumatic shame.
