Within the development of the human being we have seen that the construction has become a subject for experimentation and study towards the development of new techniques and methods that lead to a better use of resources. Within this research subject arises prefabrication compared to conventional construction. To achieve a system that includes the use of prefabricated elements, the main objective of this paper grade, it is necessary to study the module, understood as an integrator of the parts of a work, guided to form functional relationships, technical and aesthetic of the project. These two concepts are combined to introduce and integrate the activities of the work by the coordination of modular and dimensional elements. As reference we include: analysis of 3 works where the prefabricated elements become regulators of space, the analysis of prefabricated materials to establish through their characteristics the module design, starting point for the development of the modular system and analysis of architectural spaces to develop a proposal that meets the space needs required. A place that easily welcomes new and innovative academic debates about their projection and design, making it a correct and dynamic choice for thesis projects. It was drawn by building a theoretical framework, the study of the historical context and delimitation of space for a comprehensive diagnosis, giving a range of strategies preliminary design, accompanied with user reviews and residents to have a complete a final design vision. The proposal arises around a longitudinal axis which converts the waterfront, as a travelling medium to different parts of the area. It aims to break the discontinuity of access that forms in between the extremes of Chipipe from the city to the beach so a pedestrian can easily move from one point to another without any physical obstacles and with all the freedom to use different levels of displacement. Complementary to the selected site, a variety of facilities for commercial activities and services have also been taken into consideration and proposed. At the end of the waterfront, two large urban facilities are suggested to be implemented to diversify and enrich the life of the city.
