Item Estudio de impacto ambiental ex–post y propuesta de un plan de manejo ambiental en el zoológico Amaru del cantón Cuenca, provincia del Azuay(2017) Lalvay Carrera, Claudia Fernanda; Panjón Nieves, Daniela Alejandra; Álvarez Palomeque, Lourdes XimenaThe bio park and zoo Amaru from canton Cuenca, from the province of Azuay has an extension of 6,25 acres where its activities develop. This project was elaborated with the purpose of showing and provide knowledge of the environmental impacts that cause the operation of this establishment and the requirements to prevent, control and mitigate these impacts; through the development of a study of environmental impact ex-post and the proposal of an environmental management plan. For the realization of this project activities were developed like: description of the area of the study, description of relevant terms within an study of environmental impact, a characterization of the environment in an integral way was also made, considering the physical aspects, biological, socio cultural, economical, and perception of the zoo and its area of influence direct and indirect For gathering information, various methodology techniques were used like: revision of cartographic information, field research, and bibliographic revision. For evalution and quantification of impacts were used, the CAUSE-EFFECT diagram method and the CONESA FERNANDEZ-VITORA method. The proposal of the environmental management plan was structured in the format established by the Ministerial Agreement 061, published in the Special Edition of the Official Register Nro361, of May 4, 2015. All the information obtained was synthesized and gathered with the goal to determine and evaluate qualitative and quantitative the environmental impacts that this activity produces to finally propose safety precautions, mitigate and compensation in the form of a plan of environmental management.
