Item Estudio de la responsabilidad social empresarial y su relación con la identidad corporativa en los empleados de la empresa Pasamanería S.A.(Universidad de Cuenca, 2022-09-28) Armijos Loayza, Sthefany Michelle; Vera Gutiérrez, Marcos Alexander; Álava Atiencie, Nubia GabrielaCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a management model related to good business practices that an organization develops with its stakeholders, the environment, and society in general. This issue has become so crucial that several studies have focused on analyzing the relationship between CSR and stakeholders, mainly employees. It has been shown that these practices influence the levels of commitment and identity of workers. For this reason, the present study aims to identify the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Corporate Identity (ID) in the employees of Pasamanería S.A., a textile company from Cuenca that has worked in this type of practice. For this, through a quantitative and qualitative study developed with 193 collaborators via a survey and interviews with the organization's employees, the aim was to discover this correlation as well as to determine whether labor or socio-demographic factors such as hierarchical position, time of experience or gender, influence the perception of CSR and ID. After applying descriptive and inferential statistical techniques, the results showed that in Pasamanería, there is a direct positive relationship between the variables. Likewise, factors such as hierarchical position and years of experience condition the perception of these variables. It was also found that labor laws (Legal D.) and ethical requirements (Ethical D.) predominate in the employee's identity. It consists of their interest in developing and remaining in the organization while helping society (Philanthropic D.). Labor laws (Legal D.) mainly affect how employees seek to integrate and work as a team and their level of pride in belonging to the company (Social and Organizational Identity). These antecedents lead to the conclusion that CSR does affect employee ID. However, the level of this effect will depend on the company’s conditions and characteristics and its internal environment.Item Impactando en la productividad desde un estilo de liderazgo transformacional: Empresa Indurama S.A.(Universidad de Cuenca, 2022-10-05) Alvarado Contreras, Erika Samantha; Ureña Rivas, Talia del Cisne; Álava Atiencie, Nubia GabrielaThe present research work was carried out with the purpose of analyzing the leadership styles in the different areas of the company Indurama S.A. and its influence on productivity, since the management of human talent in the company has always been considered an example for others in the industry. Moreover, for several years it has been characterized by having highly motivated, high-performing employees and excellent job satisfaction rates. Indurama S.A. day by day, watches over the training of "excellent leaders" within his organization; however, the prevailing style is not currently known in detail. The collection of primary information for the present investigation was carried out from a quantitative and qualitative mixed methodological approach, through the application of questionnaires and interviews, respectively. The findings show that, in the company under study, there is not a single integrated leadership style at the organizational level, rather it is a combination of the three styles proposed in the full range theory, which are: transformational leadership, transactional and passive leadership or Laissez-Faire. In statistical terms, there is a positive correlation between leadership and productivity. Regarding the latter, it was possible to identify that it varies after applying one leadership style or another. Specifically, transformational and passive or Laissez-Faire leadership styles are the ones that have the greatest effect on employee productivity. The first generates a positive influence, while the second presents an inverse relationship, in other words, it reduces productivity. Finally, there is no good or bad style, its application will depend on the circumstances of the company and the objectives to be achieved.Item Propuesta de programa de apoyo socioeconómico para los empleados de la empresa Agrosad Productos Agropecuarios Cía.
