    Historia de la orquesta sinfónica de Cuenca desde el año 1972-2015

    The present investigation intends to carry out a historical – musical approach to the work and developed that the Cuenca Symphony Orchestra has forged since its foundation -02 November 1972-, up to the present. There is a historical tour that allows to visualize the work and the contributions of each one of the directors that were in charge of the Symphony Orchestra of Cuenca, counting as the first musical director the teacher Jose Castellvi Queralt, (who in turn showed at that time the position of director of the Conservatory of Music Jose Maria Rodriguez). In the same way, the work carried out by the six titular musical directors, who took the post after the maestro Castelvi, was presented, who set the guidelines for the development and growth of the Cuenca Symphony Orchestra, during a trajectory of forty four years of work. It also presents the work done by other directors in charge, musicians belonging to the institution, others from the country, as well as foreign musicians. The work also highlights the important participation of national and international solo musicians, as well as the work of the administrative body, thus constituting the foundations of the institution that has developed an arduous path within the cultural and social field. Finally you can see in the work a digital material, which contains the program of the Orchestra from its beginnings until the year 2015
