Item Desarrollo del procesos reflexivos en formación docente inicial. Un estudio de caso(2014) Aguilar Feijoó, María Gabriela; Cordero Jaramillo, MónicaThis research aims to understand the thought and reflection process in the students at the General Basic Education Career inside the Philosophy and Lyrics Faculty at the University of Cuenca to strengthen initial teacher training. The School Pedagogical Activity Course, Ape I, is taken as a case of study; from a mixed approach combining quantitative data analysis procedures with tools and qualitative coding trying to answer the following questions: How the methodological strategies in Ape I course allow to achieve higher levels of reflection in initial teacher training students? What kind of reflections the students build on Ape I course? How the student´s school biography influences their construction reflection methods on the educational reality of the classroom and school? The results shows a minimum level of reflection by students, which reflects the absence of a specific methodological strategy that promote dialogued or critical reflections and a school biography cooperative to form of a habitus without a reflective posture and, above all, critic.
