Item Propuesta para mejorar la experiencia de visita a la Catedral de la Inmaculada Concepción mediante la implementación de realidad aumentada(Universidad de Cuenca, 2023-10-20) Agurto Villa, Daniela Isabel; Solis Pugo, Gabriela Estephany; Orellana Mora, Susana XimenaThis proposal aims to innovate the experience currently offered at the Catedral de la Inmaculada Concepción in Cuenca-Ecuador, through the implementation of augmented reality. The approach is qualitative in scope descriptive and cross-sectional. The qualitative part evaluates a diagnosis through Customer Journey Map and interviews aimed at the collaborators of the Department of Tourism and Culture of the Archdiocese of Cuenca. The proposal was made based on the first four stages of Design Thinking since it allows the creation of products in an innovative way through the use of tools with an emphasis on consumers. The proposal was focused on millennials and generation Z as its target. The results concluded that the main problem is the lack of information in situ for which, in the canvas of value proposition it is stated that the proposal will contribute as a complementary service through the creation of an interactive, informative, cultural and historical environment through the use of mobile devices. In the Customer Journey Map, it was observed that the points of greatest interaction of visitors are the view of Parque Calderón and the view of the domes; while the points of least interaction were the observation of ceilings # 1 and the Santa Ana sculpture. Finally, a business plan was made that allows covering all sectors, both marketing and a financial plan, this in order that the proposal remains within a functional and efficient scope.
