    Análisis de la movilidad infantil para la obtención de recursos tecnológicos educativos en el infocentro comunitario de Canchagua durante la pandemia COVID-19, periodo marzo-agosto 2021

    This study focuses on the development of the educational process in the context of the health emergency in the parish of Canchagua-Cotopaxi. The research was developed with the objective of analyzing children's mobility to obtain educational technological resources in the community Infocentro. A qualitative approach was used with a case study methodological design: simple-holistic, descriptive type. Using the techniques of analysis of secondary documents, semi-structured interviews, surveys and focus groups. Among the results it was found that the economic factor is a determining factor in the situation of mobility and access to technological means, in an area that is geographically dispersed, where the lack of technological equipment necessary for the community Infocentro, educational policies and state provisions are not adapted to the particularities of the sectors lacking services and connectivity. We can conclude that the adoption of technologies for education in rural areas implies many challenges to obtain an efficient quality education, starting with the active involvement of the actors for the joint construction of alternatives to reduce the digital gap through the satisfaction of the different needs arising from education.
