This titration work corresponds to the elaboration of a management audit to the sales system of MADERCENTER CIA. LTDA., located in the city of Cuenca, for the period between January 1 and December 31, 2014; company dedicated to the import, sale, brokering, wholesale distribution or retail of wood, processed wood products, hardware in general, and all kinds of material used in the construction area.
This work was developed in order to evaluate and verify whether the objectives and goals set by the administration have been met with efficiency, effectiveness and economy, and at the same time to add value to the current system of the company; it contains general information about the company, a theoretical framework about the methodological process of the management audit that allows to schematize the audit phases: preliminary planning, specific planning, implementation and communication of results.
As a result of the audit a report was developed, in which are detailed the findings, evidence, conclusions and recommendations to correct the shortcomings, through corrective actions that allow improving the management of the sales system.
