Item Incidencia de dificultades de aprendizaje (dislexia y discalculia) en estudiantes de tercero al séptimo año educación general básica(2014) Tenecela Ordóñez, Jeny Elizabeth; Abad Toral, Karla Estefanía; Cordero Fernández, Vanessa EstefaníaLearning difficulties, have become an important topic in the psychology area, referring to problems in language acquisition, reading, writing or number area. The pupils with learning difficulties have certain characteristics such as: normal or higher intelligence and show no sensory deficit. This research focuses specifically on two difficulties; dyslexia and dyscalculia. This paper's main objective is to contribute to the diagnosis of dyslexia and dyscalculia in third through seventh year of basic general education in the institution "Carolina Febres Cordero" due attention to students. By applying different diagnostic tools such as the K-Bit test, Proesc, record of observation and batteries Ortega & Bienvenu, is obtained as a result of the absence of dyslexia and dyscalculia cases in the school, and the lack of strategies: educational and intervention plan in the event that these deficits arise
