Item Construcción de tablero didáctico de prácticas para motores trifásicos en el taller de UCuencaTec(Universidad de Cuenca, 2025-03-11) Ochoa Ayabaca, Dilan Patricio; Farfán Torres, Michael Sebastián; Solá Quintuña, Marco RenéThis project consists of designing and building an analog and digital didactic control board for single-phase or three-phase motors. The board shows the functioning and operation of the elements involved during motor's control and start-up. The board is equipped with protection, measurement, and signaling systems for the workshop of the Unidad Académica Técnica y Tecnológica “Salvador Allende” from the Universidad de Cuenca. The didactic board has been designed in such a way that it is divided into energy input zone, thermal protection zone, power zone with contactors and their protection relays, and the control zone with the respective light signaling. These zones help teach students the different ways of starting a single-phase, twophase or three-phase motor. In addition, they help teach motor starting sequences with timing, changes of direction of rotation, and braking and speed changes. This design features slotted plastic raceways, connectors, and conductors. Furthermore, the design has a tomato bottom with wooden mounting base, simulating an industrial board. This test bench is used as a support for theoretical and practical subjects such as: Analog Control and Digital Control from the Instalaciones de Redes Eléctricas technical program. Finally, this test bench allows knowing, visualizing, and analyzing the behavior of voltages, currents, frequencies, and powers of the most common motors in the industry.
