    Considering the climatic conditions of the city, characterized by meteorological fluctuations with generally cold temperatures. This study seeks to offer an alternative and optimized system that prioritizes an environment of thermal well-being, with the analysis that will avoid thermal shocks by evaluating the feasibility of installing electric radiant floor heating systems in the canton of Cuenca, Ecuador. Appreciating that low temperatures are a factor that affects the health of every individual, but, in particular, complicates degenerative diseases in older adults, generating limitations in their daily lives. Consequently, a survey is incorporated to determine what percentage of the population would be willing to implement this system in their spaces, taking into consideration the advantages that this implementation will bring to their wellbeing. In addition, graphic diagrams supported by the survey are incorporated to facilitate a clearer understanding of the magnitude of the problem. On the other hand, it includes the development, installation and demonstration of the system implemented in a scale model, using a mock-up that simulates a real scenario. This model will allow a clearer visualization of the operation of the system under conditions similar to those encountered in practice, thus facilitating a better understanding of its effectiveness and potential application.
