Abstract

In the same way that industries it is very important to consider the implementation of a Quality Management System in education institutions of this country, because this model fits into any organization no matter, what kind of product and/or service it is being provided to society also, this institutional management system tries to achieve the highest quality standards and generates competitiveness. However, the lack of knowledge about this subject and the prioritization of issues academically, and some others they become into obstacles that interfere of the achievement this goal. Through this above, the main purpose of this work degree, is to suggest the design of a Quality Management System in the UnidadEducativaMisionerosOblatos based on ISO 9001:2008 requirements, which it will serves as a management tool to make the right decisions to reach the set of goals and the continual improvement of the service quality offered in the institution to satisfy the community needs and at the same time exceeding their expectations.
