Propuesta de un plan de responsabilidad social empresarial aplicada al Hospital Universitario del Río Hospirío S. A., para el período 2014-2015

Abstract

This research work involves the development of a proposed plan with Corporate Social Responsibility for the Hospital Universitario Del Rio Hospirío SA, with this research the aim is that the hospital can achieve acceptable CSR model that allows it a competitive advantage, while their actions are sustainable economically, socially and environmentally.

To determine the diagnosis of the current situation of the company in CSR related matters, the following investigations were performed: survey of; clients, prospects and employees of the hospital, interviews with the various department heads of the hospital, interview and FODA analysis with the general manager of the company.

With the data obtained from the results of these investigations, a list was developed with strategies for the hospital to help strengthen the positive aspects and counteract the negative, so this would benefited their stakeholders.

Finally the conclusions and recommendations related to this research work are described.
