La unión de hecho en la legislación ecuatoriana como una nueva forma de organización familiar y su trascendencia jurídica

Abstract

the present monograph of degree whose title is "the union of fact in the ecuadorian legislation as a new form of familiar organization and its juridical transcendence" is composed of four chapters, in which an exhaustive investigation and analysis is developed on the legal aspects of the theme raised. next in the introduction is where in detail is taken as a reference the historical background to later conceptualize what the union of fact means based on our civil code and the criteria of several scholars of civil law, the importance that has acquired this juridical figure within our society as a form of family organization and the legal problems that originate from it. the introduction also indicates the general objective that i intend to achieve in concluding this important work. within the theoretical framework, the background of the research is documented, its foundations: doctrinal, legal, its development and importance throughout history, its legal recognition where special emphasis is placed on the political constitution of the republic of ecuador of 2008, our civil code and law 115 published in official register no. 399 of december 29, 1982 where the union of made in our country is regulated.
