Relación familia-escuela y formación integral de niños/as

Abstract

The present monograph constitutes a bibliographic study, on the family-school relationship and the integral formation of children. Based on the bibliographic review and analysis, the aim is to show how the family-school relationship influences the integral formation of children. First, the relationship between family and school is investigated, several studies show that maintaining a good relationship between these two spheres is beneficial for children. However, they remain aloof and usually establish conflicting relationships, which harm the integral development of children. Then it is precise, in what consists the integral formation, its dimensions and factors that intervene to achieve it. After the analysis of the two categories, it shows how the relationship between family-school influences the integral formation of children, and the correct development of all dimensions of the human being. Finally, it is concluded that the family-school relationship has a strong influence on the integral formation of children, since it is in these spaces that children spend most of their time, and that is where they should have a healthy, harmonious environment, full of positive relationships that allow you to develop all its dimensions as a human being. In addition, the integral formation is not only achieved with the work of teachers in the classroom; in fact, all the activities and actions of the context in which children live, play a fundamental role in the integral formation.
