Abstract
This monograph has the goal to analyze play like an education strategy from the view of the teacher in early and preschool level. The research of this topic is very important, because play, like an education strategy, helps with full development of the children, in safe and trusting spaces. Also, it shows the role of the teacher like a guide and a helper during these activities, understanding the children like the main actors in the teaching and learning process. For this, we did a book review with a descriptive and explaining style, where we analyze two categories: play and education strategies. We found that play, when used like an education strategy, helps with the brain, social, emotional, and body development of the children, and inside play in the education area, the child is the main actor, learning in a natural way by the experiences that the play gives. Because of this, we say that play is one of the best education strategies in any age, because this is an activity where people learn in a natural way, especially in early childhood.
Resumen
La presente monografía tiene como objetivo analizar el juego como estrategia educativa desde la mirada del docente en nivel inicial y preparatoria. La investigación de este tema resulta de gran relevancia, puesto que el juego, como estrategia educativa, favorece al desarrollo integral de los niños, en ambientes seguros y confiables. Además, se destaca el rol del docente como un guía y mediador durante estas actividades, reconociendo así a los niños como protagonistas del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Para lo cual se realizó una revisión bibliográfica con un alcance descriptivo explicativo, en la que se analizan dos categorías: el juego y las estrategias educativas. Se obtuvo como resultado que el juego utilizado como estrategia educativa favorece al desarrollo cognitivo, social, emocional y motor de los niños y, dentro del juego en el ámbito educativo, el niño es el protagonista, aprendiendo de manera natural mediante las experiencias que le brinda el juego. Por lo que se concluye que el juego es una de las mejores estrategias educativas en cualquier edad, ya que esta es una actividad mediante la cual se aprende de forma natural, sobre todo en la primera infancia.
