dc.descriptionLa presente monografía: relación docente-estudiante, un factor para el desarrollo de resiliencia, se realizó como finalización de la carrera de Educación General Básica y versa sobre dos categorías: relación docente-estudiante y resiliencia. Desde un análisis bibliográfico, se pretende conocer cómo se desarrolla la relación docente-estudiante y en qué consiste la resiliencia para luego analizar los aspectos de la relación docente-estudiante que favorecen el desarrollo de habilidades resilientes en los estudiantes. En primer lugar se explica cómo se desarrolla la relación docente- estudiante, luego se realiza una descripción detallada de la categoría resiliencia, y por último se argumenta que el proceso de desarrollo de habilidades resilientes en los estudiantes está condicionado por las características de la relación docente-estudiante. Se concluye que el abordaje de la resiliencia durante la formación docente, resulta imperativo, pues conlleva a procurar una relación docente-estudiante generadora de habilidades resilientes, como una nueva forma de educar para la vida.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe present monograph: teacher-student relationship, a factor for the development of resilience, was carried out as the completion of the Basic General Education career and deals with two categories: teacher-student relationship and resilience. From a bibliographic analysis, it is intended to know how the teacher-student relationship develops and what resilience consists of and then analyze the aspects of the teacher-student relationship that favor the development of resilient skills in students. First, the teacher-student relationship is explained, then a detailed description of the resilience category is made, and finally it is argued that the process of developing resilient skills in students is conditioned by the characteristics of the teaching relationship -student. It is concluded that the approach to resilience during teacher training is imperative, since it entails seeking a teacher-student relationship that generates resilient skills, as a new way of educating for life.es_ES
