dc.descriptionEl presente proyecto tiene como objetivo conocer la situación actual de la Importadora de textiles Nahimtex y diseñar un modelo de negocios estableciendo directrices y estrategias para mejorar la gestión y procesos del negocio, debido a que el mismo en la actualidad se lo maneja de manera empírica. Como primera parte se definen conceptos que se van a utilizar a lo largo del modelo de negocios, seguido de la recolección de información primaria la cual identifica como se encuentra la empresa en relación al sector textil en la provincia del Azuay; ésta información será muy útil para la elaboración de la cadena de valor, modelo CANVAS, matrices EFE, EFI, FODA Y MPEC, plan estratégico y plan de operativo en las que se va a observar cuales son las ventajas, desventajas y futuras acciones a realizar en la Importadora Nahimtex. Por último, se analizará la situación económica y financiera de la Importadora en los últimos años y se realizarán proyecciones en las que se evaluará viabilidad del proyecto a ejecutar, así como sus impactos y riesgos.es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this project is to know the current situation of the Importadora de textiles Nahimtex and design a business model establishing the main strategies to improve management and business processes, because it is currently managed empirically. The first part defines concepts that will be used throughout the business model, followed by the collection of primary information, which identifies how the company is in relation to the textile sector in the province of Azuay; this information is very useful for the development of the value chain, CANVAS model, matrices EFE, EFI, SWOT and MPEC, strategic plan and operative plan in which the advantages, disadvantages and future actions to be carried out in the Importadora Nahimtex will be considered. Finally, the economic and financial situation of the importer in recent years will be analyzed and projections will be made in which the viability of the project will be evaluated, as well as its impacts and risks.es_ES
