Abstract
The budgetary evaluation comprises the set of processes of analyses that allow measuring the physical and financial advances obtained in a given period. Being the public budget one of the essential hardware in the functioning of the Decentralized Self-governments we have believed suitably to realize our work of thesis which topic is “EVALUATION TO THE BUDGETARY CYCLE OF THE GOVERNMENT AUTONOMOUS DECENTRALIZED OF THE PARISH SANTA RUFINA OF THE YEAR 2013” that takes as a purpose to determine the efficiency and efficacy of the budget in the entity.
This analysis was carried out across questionnaires, tables, graphs and indicators that allowed us to measure the fulfillment of the laws on the stages of the budgetary cycle once finished the process one could establish the respective conclusions and recommendations the same ones that will help to improve the good functioning of this institution.
Resumen
La evaluación presupuestaria comprende el conjunto de procesos de análisis que permiten medir los avances físicos y financieros obtenidos en un periodo dado.
Siendo el presupuesto público una de las herramientas esenciales en el funcionamiento de los Gobiernos Autónomos Descentralizados hemos creído conveniente realizar nuestro trabajo de titulación cuyo tema es “EVALUACIÓN AL CICLO PRESUPUESTARIO DEL GOBIERNO AUTÓNOMO DESCENTRALIZADO DE LA PARROQUIA SANTA RUFINA DEL AÑO 2013” que tiene como finalidad determinar la eficiencia y eficacia del presupuesto en la entidad.
Este análisis se llevó a cabo a través de cuestionarios, tablas, gráficos e indicadores que nos permitieron medir el cumplimiento de las leyes sobre las etapas del ciclo presupuestario una vez terminada el proceso se pudo establecer las respectivas conclusiones y recomendaciones las mismas que contribuirán a mejorar el buen funcionamiento de esta institución.
