Abstract
The purpose of this research is to characterize the perception that teachers have given to
the COVID-19 Educational Plan, established by the Ecuadorian Ministry of Education as
a guide for their teaching activity in times of pandemic, in order to describe their subjective
experiences during their work. The analyzed variables are related to the teaching work
and the execution of the COVID-19 Educational Plan during the pandemic. For this, a
qualitative investigation has been carried out through a case study with the application of
interviews to 16 teachers from different educational institutions.
Resumen
El propósito de la presente investigación consiste en caracterizar la percepción que los
docentes han dado al Plan Educativo Covid-19, dispuesto por el Ministerio de Educación
ecuatoriano como orientador de su actividad docente en tiempo de pandemia, con la
finalidad de describir sus experiencias subjetivas durante su labor. Las variables
analizadas están relacionadas con la labor docente y la ejecución del Plan Educativo
Covid-19 durante la pandemia. Para ello se ha realizado una investigación de carácter
cualitativo por medio de un estudio de caso con la aplicación de entrevistas a 16 docentes
de diferentes instituciones educativas.
