| dc.description | La presente investigación aborda el problema social del consumo de drogas por los adolescentes. El estudio se orientó en función de alcanzar el siguiente objetivo general: Analizar la dinámica familiar de los adolescentes internados en el “Hogar Crecer” del Cantón Cuenca por el uso de sustancias psicoactivas, en el año 2015, para conocer las relaciones y vínculos existentes entre los miembros de las familias. Desde el punto de vista metodológico fue un estudio descriptivo de corte transversal. El universo estuvo conformado por los 30 adolescentes internados y sus respectivas familias. Fueron empleados de forma combinada métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos de investigación. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron identificar diferentes elementos de la estructura y funcionamiento de estas familias que inciden en el consumo de sustancias de los adolescentes: problemas en la cohesión familiar, en la comunicación padres/hijos, en el acompañamiento familiar al adolescente y las dificultades en el afrontamiento a los problemas. Se realizó una propuesta de intervención encaminada a mejorar las dificultades de la familia en su dinámica interna y prepararlas para la reincorporación del adolescente en su núcleo familiar, una vez culminado el proceso de rehabilitación. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | This research addresses the social problem of drug use by adolescents. The study was oriented in terms of achieving the following objective: To analyze the family dynamics of adolescents interned in the "Home Grow" the Canton Cuenca by the use of psychoactive substances, in 2015, to understand the relationships and links between members of families. The methodology was a descriptive cross-sectional study. The universe consisted of 30 hospitalized adolescents and their families. Employees were combined quantitative and qualitative research methods. The results obtained allowed the identification of different elements of the structure and functioning of these families that affect the substance use by adolescents. Among the most important problems are found in family cohesion, parent / child and spousal communication on family support adolescent and family difficulties in coping with the problems regarding limitations for seeking social support. It is carrying out a proposal for intervention to help these families to improve difficulties in their internal dynamics and prepare for the return of the teenager once you get out of the treatment process. | es_ES |
