Análisis de la percepción de la oferta y demanda del Cantón Cuenca como destino de bodas a nivel nacional

Abstract

The main objective of this research project entitled "Analysis of the perception of supply and demand of the Canton of Cuenca as a destination for weddings at the national level" is to analyze the perception of national and international tourists who visit the canton of Cuenca as a wedding destination, for which surveys have been carried out in various tourist areas through digital tools such as Kobotoolbox, Flourish. The research focuses on the exhaustive identification of first-class establishments and services dedicated to weddings and events in the canton of Cuenca such as, for example, hotels, restaurants, catering service, churches, among others, all based on the cadaster of services provided by the Municipal Tourism Foundation for Cuenca, this analysis allows the creation of a detailed catalog that makes it easier for people interested in organizing events within the Canton to access easily to present relevant information. The importance of this project lies in determining that national and international tourists consider the Cuenca Canton as a destination to celebrate their wedding, in turn it helps event organizers with a clear and detailed vision of the options available in Cuenca for the celebration of such events.
