Abstract
This investigations focused on the analysis of the tourist land transport service for the companies Elite Tours del Austro and Ecuavantur S.A. for this, it started with initial evaluation of the circumstances of the service between the operators to collect the first indicators, for which, an initial evaluation of the conditions of the service was carried out within them to obtain the first indicators in perception of the user or clients; in order to improve the service and jointly with the bibliographic contribution to gather the indicators that interfere in the good service, in order to form a matrix that integrates and helps to improve the service with a subsequent application of assessment instruments in general to the tourist land transport service or create an investigation based on the topics to be improved.
Resumen
La presente investigación se enfoca en el análisis del servicio del transporte terrestre turístico para las empresas operadoras Elite Tours del Austro y Ecuavantur S.A. para lo cual se llevó a cabo una evaluación inicial de las condiciones del servicio dentro de las mismas y obtener los primeros indicadores en percepción de los usuarios o clientes; para así mejorar el servicio y conjuntamente con el aporte bibliográfico juntar los indicadores que interfieren en el buen servicio, para así formar una matriz que integre y ayude a mejorar el servicio con una evaluación y análisis del servicio; con una posterior aplicación de los instrumentos de evaluación de forma general al servicio de transporte terrestre turístico o crear una investigación en base a los temas a mejorar.
