Los accidentes de tránsito a la luz de la justicia ordinaria y justicia indígena

Abstract

This work has as a purpose to analyze car accidents in the light of the Ordinary Courts and the Indigenous Justice, for which, I have resorted to do an analysis about the car accidents and death, this case which was tried by the authorities of the TUCAYTA organization belonging to Canton and the Province of Cañar, which has allowed us for a clearer picture of the procedures that follow in the administration of indigenous justice, and which from the constitution of Montecristi gives us the power to administer justice in the indigenous communities in the country under the guidelines or ideological principles of each people and nationality.
