| dc.description | El presente documento es un estudio de factibilidad para la implementación de una hostería en la parroquia rural Simiatug, perteneciente al cantón Guaranda, provincia de Bolívar. Se propone un establecimiento de 23 habitaciones con un concepto ancestral, que busca entregar al huésped una experiencia cultural. Se elaboró un análisis de los antecedentes de la parroquia que identifica las características del lugar donde se propone ubicar la hostería, con la finalidad de definir las estrategias necesarias para un estudio de mercado y utilizando como herramienta la encuesta, se pudo determinar la demanda, oferta, distribución y promoción, concluyendo con un análisis FODA. Para conseguir el objetivo planteado, se elaboró además una propuesta técnica y organizacional, la que nos dio como resultado el proceso para implementación de estructura física y equipo de trabajo necesarios para su funcionamiento. Finalmente, se realizó la propuesta financiera del proyecto, la misma que incluye fuentes de financiamiento, aplicación de fondos y estados financieros proyectados, además del cálculo de índices financieros como PRI, VAN, RBC, TIR y punto de equilibrio. | dc.description.abstract | This document is a feasibility study for the implementation of an inn in the rural parish of Simiatug, belonging to the canton Guaranda, province of Bolivar. It is proposed to establish 23 rooms with an ancestral concept, which seeks to give the guest a cultural experience. An analysis of the history of the parish was elaborated to identify the characteristics of the place where it is proposed to locate the inn, with the purpose of defining the necessary strategies for a market study and using as a tool the survey, it was possible to determine the demand, supply, distribution and promotion, concluding with a SWOT analysis. In order to achieve the proposed objective, a technical and organizational proposal was also elaborated, which resulted in the process for the implementation of the physical structure and work equipment necessary for its functioning. Finally, the financial proposal of the project was made, which includes sources of financing, application of funds and projected financial statements, in addition to the calculation of financial indices such as PRI, NPV, RBC, IRR and break-even point.
