Plan para la implementación de un sistema de gestión de calidad basado en la norma ISO 9001:2015 en la empresa Neohyundai S.A.

Abstract

Since chemical engineering is a branch of engineering it is responsible for establishing the control of production processes, one of its important applications is the continuous improvement of processes and it is precisely this branch of the career that can be transferred to any type of organization, this is why the present work, despite not having been carried out in a product manufacturing company, the engineering knowledge received during the career has allowed the successful completion of this work, which was developed in the Company of Automotive Business Neohyundai SA that is in a restructuring, effecting a change of office facilities from Quito to Cuenca.

This work will establish a Plan for the Implementation of a Quality Management System based on the ISO 9001 standard, motivated by the implementation of the accreditation, leaving suggestions for the organization to comply with the requirements attached to the standard and obtain a quality system robust and efficient; proposing internationally accepted methodologies.

In the development of the titling work, it is intended to identify all the tools required to apply and with the focus on a achieving customer satisfaction.

The situation of the company and its processes will be analyzed to know the points where it is most necessary to emphasize the work and apply the tools in order to benefit the interested parts.

The organization acquired many strengths and weaknesses during its development, the latter will be given priority to improve the processes of the Quality Management System.
