El derecho a una muerte digna y la necesidad de legalizar la eutanasia en el Ecuador

Abstract

This research project entitled "THE RIGHT TO A WORTHY DEATH AND THE NEED TO LEGALIZE EUTHANASIA IN ECUADOR", is an important part of scientific and social developments, policy worldwide at the present time we are living, is for this reason that the present investigation is aimed at encouraging the legalization of Active and Passive Euthanasia in the country. From a thorough analysis within this research I will focus on the legal grounds that support euthanasia as a right future we could enjoy all ecuadorian citizens, with the Constitution of the Republic and the Treaty of Human Rights, the main sources feeding this possible law and comparative law regarding the law allowing euthanasia in the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland and other international legal sources, in conjunction with the principles and rights enshrined in the Constitution, such as: human dignity, Good living, and Autonomy of the will, which allow the full development of personality, and the freedom to enjoy life to its fullest extent, so that is considered to be human owner and author of your destination, respecting their way of thought, belief, and above all their decisions, but putting as its limit the right and respect of others.
