dc.description.abstractThe odontogenic keratocyst is known for its potential for extensive, subclinical growth and a significant rate of recurrence, it is the third most common cystic lesion of the maxillofacial region, the treatment is surgical, it can be conservative or radical, long-term postoperative controls being importan! term. A clinical case of a 31-year-old male patient is reported, with an odontogenic keratocyst in the jaw, the results obtained with the conservative surgical approach and a 36-month follow-up are described, without recurrence
