dc.descriptionLa accesibilidad del servicio hotelero para el cliente con movilidad reducida es un tema importante y de actualidad, es por ello que el presente análisis se plantea identificar la actual situación de la oferta hotelera accesible para clientes con movilidad reducida, y demostrar cual ha sido el desarrollo de dicha oferta desde el año 2011 hasta el año 2017. En el desarrollo del respectivo análisis, se accedió a fuentes de información que han estudiado la misma temática en los años anteriores, cuyos resultados serán comparados con los resultados de la actual situación del mercado hotelero. Para el proceso de obtención de datos que muestren la situación actual del mercado hotelero accesible para personas con movilidad reducida, se desarrolló una investigación visitando los respectivos hoteles que forman la oferta hotelera de la ciudad, con el fin de evaluarlos y definir aspectos que los hacen aptos para el adecuado servicio al cliente con movilidad reducida. Además, se presentará información complementaria, que ayuda al entendimiento de la temática, con el fin de presentar una medición y una lectura del desarrollo de la oferta de hoteles con características apropiadas para el usuario con movilidad reducida, desde el año 2011 al 2017es_ES
dc.description.abstractThe accessibility of the hotel service for the client with reduced mobility is an important and topical issue, which is why the present analysis aims to identify the current situation of the accessible hotel offer for clients with reduced mobility, and to demonstrate what the development has been of said offer from the year 2011 until the year 2017. In the development of the respective analysis, access was gained to information sources that have studied the same topic in previous years, whose results will be compared with the results of the current situation of the hotel market. For the process of obtaining data that show the current situation of the accessible hotel market for people with reduced mobility, an investigation was developed by visiting the respective hotels that make up the hotel offer of the city, in order to evaluate them and define aspects that make them suitable for the adequate service to the client with reduced mobility. In addition, complementary information will be presented, which helps to understand the subject, in order to present a measurement and a reading of the development of the offer of hotels with appropriate characteristics for the user with reduced mobility, from the year 2011 to 2017es_ES
