Abstract
The work, has its objective the proposal of a tourist diversification plan for the canton of Girón, in the province of Azuay, given that the tourist offer of the canton is very limited.
For it, it is necessary to know the offer of resources, attractions and tourist services that the canton Girón has and plant strategies of diversification according to the needs of the demand.
Moreover, the effectivity of the given strategies to the GAD Municipal of Girón will be socialized, obtaining in that way the results that will be of importance for the continuation of this project.
Resumen
El presente trabajo, tiene como objetivo la propuesta de un plan de diversificación turística para el cantón Girón, en la provincia del Azuay, puesto que la oferta turística del cantón es muy limitada.
Para ello es necesario conocer la oferta de recursos, atractivos y servicios turísticos con los que cuenta el cantón Girón y plantear estrategias de diversificación acordes a las necesidades de la demanda, por lo que se incluye también un breve análisis al respecto.
Así mismo, se socializo la efectividad de las estrategias planteadas al GAD Municipal de Girón, obteniendo así los resultados que serán de importancia para la continuidad de este proyecto.
