Diagnóstico y elaboración de una propuesta de mejora de clima organizacional basados en evidencia de riesgos psicosociales para el personal femenino del área de costura de la empresa Carpintería y Tapicería Internacional CTIN Cía. Ltda. del grupo Colineal.

Abstract

The present study aims to develop a proposal of climate applied to the female personnel of the sewing area of the company Carpintería y Tapicería Internacional CTIN Cía. Ltda., of the COLINEAL Group.

It is a cross-sectional descriptive research in a multi-stage sample in 3 phases of probabilistic sampling by area of 42 female people of the sewing section of the upholstery production center that represent 100% of the population of the area where it was performed the diagnosis of the concepts and constructs involved in the measurement and significance of the work climate based on the evidence of psychosocial risks. The variables studied were quality of activities, training level, equity, health, safety, prestige, level of expressions and level of income.

For the development of the present study, the method used was the survey, the technique of the interview and the instrument the questionnaires of the model F-Psico 3.1 of Evaluation of Psychosocial Factors and of Diagnosis of the Organizational Climate elaborated based on the reality of the company which are instruments validated internationally by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health of Spain INSHT whose individualized application allows to make a diagnosis of the psychosocial situation of a company or its partial areas; To then compare both initial identifications and analyze their respective tabulation and interpretation of data, followed by a proposal for improvement and good practices. It is hoped to obtain reliable data that not only serve to achieve the objectives of this work, but also for future research on the subject.
