dc.descriptionEl presente proyecto de intervención tiene como objetivo general elaborar una propuesta de plan de desarrollo turístico para la parroquia Turi, para el periodo 2019 – 2023, para lo cual se consideró la Guía para la formulación de planes de desarrollo turístico en territorios rurales (2014) del Instituto Iberoamericano de Cooperación para la Agricultura (IICA). El plan comprende tres etapas bien definidas: la primera muestra el análisis situacional de la parroquia Turi, considerando los aspectos: social, económico, ambiental y cultural; la segunda incluye el diagnóstico turístico que comprende el inventario turístico del territorio tomando como base la Metodología para la Jerarquización de Atractivos y Generación de Espacios Turísticos del Ecuador del Ministerio de Turismo, actualizada en 2018, el estudio de la oferta mediante trabajo in situ, estudio de la demanda con la aplicación de encuestas en sitios estratégicos, estudio de la competencia, determinación de las tendencias de consumo y análisis de la vocación turística; en la tercera etapa se presentan los resultados obtenidos y el portafolio de proyectos basados en la realidad y potencialidades del territorio. Se establece como meta para el 2023 que Turi sea identificado como un espacio turístico planificado, sostenible y seguro que motive la visita de turistas nacionales y extranjerosen_US
dc.description.abstractThe general objective of this intervention project is to develop a proposal for a tourism development plan for the Turi parish, for the period 2019 – 2023, for which the Guide to the formulation of tourism development plans in rural terriotires (2014) of the Ibero – American Institute for Cooperation for Agriculture (IICA) was considered. The plan comprises three well-defined stages: the first shows the situational analysis of Turi parish, considering the aspects: social, economic, environmental and cultural; the second includes the tourist diagnosis comprising the tourist inventory of the territory based on the Methodology for the Hierarchy of Attractions and Generation of Tourist Spaces of Ecuador of Ministry of Tourism, updated in 2018, the study of supply through on-site work, study of demand with the application of surveys in strategic sites, study of competition, determination of consumer trends and analysis of tourism vocation; in the third stage the results obtained and the portagolio of projects based on the reality and potentials of the territory are presented. It is set as a target for 2023 for Turi to be identified as a planned, sustainable and safe tourist space that will motivate the visit of domestic and foreign tourists.en_US
